- Total Quality Control: Total Quality Control is used in cases when the total selling volume of a product decreases independent of the application of Statistical Quality Control and general quality inspection methods. This method concentrates on the factor customer satisfaction and checks the erratic behavior by checking factors such as Reliability, Maintainability, and Safety
- 6-Sigma Technique: The technique analyzes the variation of a process capability through the range represented by the upper control limit and the lower control limit, which shows the maximum value and the minimum value of the initially specified parameters respectively. It focuses on bringing process capability to the 6 s zone which represents the most optimized zone of quality and productivity
- Process Capability: The technique is based on the concept that the output of a particular process after providing inputs such as manpower, technology, and specifications, can be analyzed in terms of a process capability index which assesses the output in terms of quantitative and qualitative desirability represented through a bar graph or line graph.
